We can take appointments in NYKAA, Purple on the seller's behalf, and arrange delivery as soon as stock is received in our warehouse. As per our discussion, utilize your appointment for other deliveries. We can also help in taking appointments in Hand on Trade, Blinkit, Moonstone , and Myntra in major locations.

We can also extend the date and time on the seller's behalf if stock is not ready or the vehicle is getting delayed before the appointment time.

We had express and normal Tat services both on an ad hoc basis; if the seller required express services for that, we didn't charge extra and billed on the basis of the agreed rate.

We never move our vehicle from the FC point till before seller confirmation. If there is any dispute in the PO sticker or so on, we try to get it solved over there. We never miss any appointment, and our vehicle moves only when goods are delivered or if the seller is asking, "They will not take please come back."

We are not charging any demurrage for keeping goods and for holding vehicles in FC; charges were very nominal, which your team was aware of.

Other than Amazon, we work for major seller portals and are well aware of challenges faced over there in delivery, so your team as a seller had an extra advantage with working with us, which is also like holding a vehicle for one or two days in Myntra and Flipkart. Paying unloading charges or sending extra labor with vehicles in a few FCs where they don't provide. And for all these extra services, we don't bill customers, as for us, customers come first.

Appointment-based delivery in Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Purple, Reliance, Metro Cash & Carry, Walmart, and all quick commerce like Blinkit,o, and Scooty. We don't do normal delivery shipment.
